The staff of Math Tech Consulting has taken part in developing regional conferences for The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England (ATMNE), MATHWEST, the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Western Massachusetts, and most recently, for Texas Instrument's T3 educational division. We can satisfy for all the needs your conference or event. Complimentary Preliminary Meeting - A meeting will be arranged with you to determine and clarify your ideas and needs.
Written Proposal - A comprehensive proposal will be drawn up, addressing all your specifications, including:
- Estimated time line of your event planning
- Preliminary budget
- List of possible locations
- Food & beverage services
- Listing of possible sponsorships
- Mailing & design services information
- Custom web services information

Design Services - All design, mailing and printing services are available upon request.
Database Procurement - Available databases will be located to make sure your event is well attended and profitable.
Attendee Database - All of your attendees will be entered into a customized database. Following the event or at your request, a complete list of contact information is given to you.
Payment Processing - If needed, all payments from attendees for your event, including credit cards, can be handled by us.
Custom Website - The creation of a website with your own domain name will help to promote your event. Containing all the details for your event, it can be a resource for your attendees. Registrations can even be done online, with an appropriate method of payment if needed.
Facility Procurement - A site that best fits your event will be selected upon your approval. Having worked in locations, from the Best Western to the Mass Mutual Center, we have the connections to provide you with the best possible locale. The various options and payment schedule will be discussed with the event manager at the selected facility and all the necessary arrangements will be made pending your approval.
Food Procurement - A specialized menu based on the catering services provided by the venue will be created. If permitted by the chosen venue, the option of an outside caterer to fit the style and budget of your event will be researched and secured.
Regular Meetings - Regular meetings will be scheduled to give you updates on the status of your event.
Event Management - On-site management is key to keeping any event running smoothly. Since we have planned the event for you, our staff knows every detail and the inner workings of your event from top to bottom. We will assist you in running your event and coordinate with your staff or we can bring in our staff to run the event.
Audio/Visual Services - We can do almost anything you need us to. If we can't, our preferred vendors will perform any services that we cannot handle in-house.
